Step inside your Sunshine Stay and discover a thoughtfully designed space perfect for your Disney vacation. The condo features an open-concept living and dining area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and family time. A comfortable sofa and Smart TV invite you to unwind after a day at the parks. The fully equipped kitchen boasts full-size appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essentials for preparing meals. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four, or step out onto the enclosed private balcony for fresh air. Both bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements and TVs, ensuring everyone has their own space. The master suite features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom, with its Disney-themed decor, offers two twin beds or a queen, depending on the layout, and easy access to the second full bathroom. The condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy full access to your private, professionally cleaned condo, including the open-concept living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and enclosed private balcony. Both bedrooms are yours to enjoy, each with a TV for your entertainment. You'll also have access to the in-unit washer and dryer. Beyond your condo, take advantage of the fantastic Oakwater Resort amenities, including the year-round heated zero-entry pool, hot tub, children's splash area, tennis courts, sand volleyball, basketball court, state-of-the-art fitness center, game room, playground, and clubhouse lounge. The clubhouse and pool are a short walk from your door. Please note that one hallway closet is locked for owner use.

To maintain Oakwater community standards:

• All trash must be bagged and taken to the main dumpster near the clubhouse.
• No trash may be left inside the unit.
• Trash must be removed before checkout.

🚨 If excessive trash is left inside or not properly disposed of, an $85 trash removal fee will apply.
