The space
Step inside your delightful Disney getaway and discover a thoughtfully designed space, perfect for families and friends. The open-concept living area welcomes you with comfortable seating, a smart TV for entertainment, and high-speed WiFi to keep you connected. Adjacent, the fully equipped kitchen boasts full-size appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, and kettle, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, which seats four, or step out onto the enclosed private balcony for a breath of fresh air. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit. The master suite features a king-size bed with a premium mattress, a private ensuite bathroom, a TV, and a spacious closet. The second bedroom, designed with a Disney theme, offers two twin beds and a TV, creating a fun and welcoming space for children. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is also available, ensuring convenience for all guests.

Guest access
Enjoy access to the entire condo, including the open-concept living area with comfortable seating and a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with full-size appliances and a dining table for four, is at your disposal. Step out onto your private, enclosed balcony for fresh air. You'll also have access to the in-unit washer and dryer. As for the resort, you're welcome to use the year-round heated zero-entry pool, hot tub, children’s splash area, tennis courts, sand volleyball, basketball court, state-of-the-art fitness center, game room, playground, and clubhouse lounge. The gated community also features beautiful lake views.

Other things to note
🗑 Important – Trash Disposal Policy (Oakwater Units)
To maintain community standards:

• Guests must take all trash to the main dumpster near the clubhouse (almost directly in front of it).
• All trash must be bagged and removed before checkout.
• No trash should be left inside the unit.

🚨 For this Oakwater unit:
If excessive trash is left inside or not properly disposed of, an $85 trash removal fee will be charged.
