Other things to note
One hallway closet is locked for Owner's use. There are plenty of closet space in each bedroom for guests use.
The door lock on the front door is a smart lock that requires a unique code to be entered. Each guest is provided with a temporary unique code that will remain active for the duration of their stay. Any issues with the lock, please contact me right away.
Parking Permits: All vehicles must be registered at the security gate and display a parking pass.
Designated Parking Areas: Parking is allowed only in designated spaces. Street parking is typically prohibited except for temporary loading/unloading.
Garage and Driveway Use: For townhomes and villas, guests are encouraged to use the garage and driveway first before using overflow parking.
No Commercial Vehicles, RVs, or Trailers: Oversized vehicles, boats, and trailers are generally not allowed inside the community.
Speed Limits and Safety: The community enforces a low speed limit (often 15 mph) to ensure pedestrian safety.
Enforcement: Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas or without proper permits may be towed at the owner’s expense.
